摘 要:
气孔作为植物与外界气体交换的重要通道, 直接影响植物的蒸腾作用和光合作用。近年来, 随着气孔发育模式及其分子机制的研究日益明晰, 更多调控因素的作用机理逐渐成为新的研究热点。最近研究发现, 植物激素生长素是参与调控气孔发育并影响气孔分化与分布的重要调控因子。本文主要总结了植物气孔发育机制的最新研究进展, 以及激素和环境因子对气孔发育的影响, 并提出了今后有待阐明的问题和研究方向。关键词:气孔发育; 激素; CO2

Abstract:
Stomata provide the main route for gas exchange between the plant and the environment, which directly affects transpiration and photosynthesis. Stomatal development is under the control of transcription factors regulated by many peptide ligands and transmembrane receptors. Recent researches identify that auxin is a novel regulator during stomatal development, especially in cellular differentiation. This review summarizes the latest progress of plant stomatal development mechanism, and discusses how hormones and environmental factors established signaling network to control cell-fate specification, cell division and differentiation within the stomatal cell lineage. Furthermore, we also put forward some questions to be answered in the future.Key words: stomatal development; hormone; CO2
